If something isn’t quite right, just reach out to our customer care team at support@bonitiva.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and let us know which item(s) you’d like to return — we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note: To make sure your return is processed smoothly, please wait for approval before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization or to the address on the original package may not be accepted.


How Returns Work

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide clear instructions. After your items arrive and are inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit — whichever you prefer.

  • Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility
  • If something went wrong on our end (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping
  • If only part of your order has an issue, there’s usually no need to return everything

Opened & Unopened Items

We understand that you may need to try a product before deciding.

  • Opened products can be returned under our 30-day guarantee
  • To keep things fair, returns of opened items are limited to one item per customer
  • Unused items should be returned in original condition and packaging
  • Products that are fully used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

Sale Items & Special Products

Some items are not eligible for our 30-day guarantee:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Mystery Boxes and special offers

These items may still be returned if they are unused and in original packaging.


Bundles, Free Gifts & Partial Returns

  • Items purchased individually can be returned separately
  • Bundles or sets must be returned as a complete set
  • Partial returns may not be accepted if they affect bundle pricing or promotions

If returning items means your order no longer qualifies for a free gift:

  • The free gift can be returned, or
  • Its value will be deducted from your refund

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, simply place a new order. If needed, you can return your original item following the steps above.

We’re only able to process returns for orders placed on our official website.
