You can find your invoice in your customer account. We also attach it to the shipping confirmation email for your order.

If you can’t find it, just send a message to our Customer Care Team with your order number, and we’ll send you a PDF copy of your invoice.

As soon as your return reaches our BONITIVA warehouse, we will check it and process it.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued on the same day – it may take up to 14 business days to complete.

Once processed, the refund will be sent to the original payment method you used for your order:

• Credit Card: The refunded amount will go back to the same card you paid with. You’ll see it on your next statement. Sometimes the refund date may match the original payment date.
  
• PayPal: The amount will be credited to the PayPal account you used. You can choose whether it stays in PayPal or is transferred to your bank account.
  
• Gift Voucher / Store Credit: The refund will go back to your gift voucher or store credit. Cash payment is not possible. If you combined a voucher with another payment method, we’ll offset the voucher value against the items you keep, and refund the rest to your chosen payment method.
  

If your refund takes longer than 14 days or you need help, please contact our Customer Care Team, and include your order number and the items concerned.

To use your voucher code, simply enter it in the “Discount code” field on the checkout page.

Click “Apply”, and the discount will be automatically deducted from your order total.

Make sure to enter the code exactly as shown, including any special characters. Only one voucher can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

Enter your code at checkout in the “Discount code” field.

Please check the following before contacting us:

• Have you reached the minimum order value required for the code (shipping costs excluded)?
  
• Have you already used another code on this order?
  
• Are all other conditions of the code fulfilled?

If everything looks correct, try clearing your browser cache and cookies once – this can sometimes fix the issue.

You can only redeem one promotional code per order.

Unfortunately, we cannot add discount codes or vouchers to a completed order at a later date.

Refunds, store credit, and gift balances do not expire and can be used whenever you like.

Most of our vouchers have an expiry date, which is indicated on the voucher itself. Please make sure to use it before that date.

If you have a voucher without an expiry date, it can be redeemed at any time.
